First of all this place has been in business for 18 ish years, which is huge. That&#39;s saying a lot in the food industry in itself. I know it&#39;s recently taken on new ownership, not sure of any changes. I&#39;ve been going here for years and the grilled steak salad is my &quot;go to&quot;. Second favorite item is the mole enchiladas. Never had a thing I didn&#39;t like here. It&#39;s on the smaller side so if coming for dinner i&#39;d recommend getting there close to 5 for immediate seating. I believe they are also closed from 2 - 5 each day.

Pizzeria 22 is on my &quot;favorites&quot; list for pizza. Pizzas are different based on style, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Pizzeria 22 is a genuine thin-crust wood fired Neapolitan pizza. The owner studied the craft in Naples, Itally and has brought his expertise back to Seattle. The ingredients are locally fresh Or come in from Italy. Don&#39;t miss the veal meatballs or the caprese salad. The prosciutto is delectable and the fresh mozzarella exquisite. There is a nice bar and friendly service. You can get a nice olive assortment as an appetizer, too. The pizzas are the stars and are thin crusted (if you like that style), crispy enough to not be overly delicate and the preparation excellent. The cost is very reasonable and will run two people around $50 with drinks and apapetizers.

Service was prompt and expedient during the evening rush hour. A large variety of beers on tap were available and the one recommended to me was exactly what I liked. I ordered the recommended Jambalaya and my wife ordered the Salmon Salad entree. The New York Cheesecake was delicious. The menu was different from the first time I frequented this restaurant and the variety of options will bring me back.
